AGMA once again presents high speed BA-series machining centers to a foresighted customer like you with industry leading scraping technology of linear guide way and the technological capacity of manufacturing process. This series of machines are based on high-rigidity Meehanite cast iron and adopt 10,000 rpm belt driven spindle or 10,000 ~15,000 RPM direct driven spindle. Three axes adopt high precision linear guide ways and ball screws. Optional accessories are also available which are fully compatible with your cutting needs now and in the future.
1. The spindle head stock, column, saddle, base and table are all made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron, and are stress relieved, with stable mechanical precision and good rigidity.
2. Strategically placed ribs help to enhance the spindle head stock structure. The spindle head stock also has the proper proportion of contact with the column, which creates strong spindle support.
3. Wide-span rigid column design, with double guide ways integrated base to increase the contact area between the column and the base and strengthen the head support which can minimize the machine distortion caused by the operation.
4. X/Y/Z three-axis adopts linear guide ways and reinforced slider, which can support the heavier load, with low friction and low noise characteristics, can make the rapid movement and obtain the best laser and ball bar precision.
5. All three axes use ISO class C3 precision ground preloaded ball screws with pre-tensioned supports on both ends to minimize backlash and compensate the thermal induced error.
6. Extra wide door design is convenient for loading and unloading the fixture and work piece.
